MARCH SPOTLIGHT

Nia Healing

with Chelsea Keen

Are your days are mostly going from computer to couch and sitting as mine typically are, and by the end of the day, you're exhausted? You know you need to move more and need a little motivation, so here's something to try.

Nia a good practice to get connected to your body. Think of it as "Moving as Medicine" or "Fusion Fitness".

Chelsea explained that you don't need to be a dancer or worry about how you look during movements. It is an inclusive based practice with movements that feel natural, and a way to tap into feelings that help you discover yourself in a new way.

when

Saturday, March 27, 10-11 AM EST

what you'll need

Wear comfortable clothes and you'll need to be barefoot. Find a space where you can move around easily, probably about twice the length of your body and a clean floor or a mat if you haven't vacuumed in a bit.

about

LEMONGRASS LOUNGE

We believe small lifestyle changes will help people progress in their health and wellness journey. Healthero is designing collaborative spaces to experiment with little shifts to help you discover what delights and feels good to you.

Lemongrass Lounge is the first such space where we are bringing together anyone who has ever been curious about integrative healing modalities like sound meditation, with experts in the area, so that they can connect and have honest and open conversations about its potential benefits and be inspired to try something new.

Over time, we hope to create different interest-based spaces where people with a common purpose can interact and be nourished by positive energies.
