You mentioned feeling tired or perhaps you're having trouble sleeping? Here's a few things to try.

2-min meditation

Watch this 2 minute meditation when you wake up or before you go to sleep.

Sit comfortably on your bed with your spine straight. Set a timer for 2 minutes. Close your eyes. Observe yourself from this place. Observe yourself having thoughts. Notice when you get distracted and bring your inner gaze back to center.

When the time is up, notice how you feel.

3 Good Things

Get a piece of paper or notebook and something to write with. Now think about your day today.


List or draw 3 good things that happened to you today. 


Say each statement out loud 3 times: 

"I am enough."

"I am safe."


Keep repeating for as long as you can in one sitting.

Let it go!

Think about a situation that you're holding on to and that you would like to let go. Are you holding on to something from the past? Are you holding on to expectations for the future? Have you become aware of a situation where you need to let go?


Take that situation and write it out. Write it out until there is nothing left to write.


When you are ready, burn it or tear it up. Release it and let it go.
