Grab pen and paper or take notes on your phone. Write as much detail as possible to describe where you are right now.

Practice self love & self worth
Stand in the front of the mirror. Look at yourself in the eyes and say "I love and accept you just the way you are."
Breathe in gratitude
Inhale gratitude down to your belly button.
Feel the tension leave your body as you exhale.


Healing Haiku
Get pen and paper. Observe something in your surrounding that makes you feel good.
Write your observation, maybe it's something funny, in the form a poem like a haiku which has 5 syllables, followed by 7 syllables and ends with another 5 syllables.
You'll be surprised at how quickly you'll refuel your energy.
